Only been into the store twice and the staff have been fantastic both times. Was looking for maternity wear and the lovely lady in the shop kindly offered to go upstairs and grab me a box of off season sale tops to look through. In the Perth branch today and the staff are brilliant. Knowledgeable about stock, helpful, chatty. The stock is very good too, wish I'd gone in before today. Everything is very well priced.

Fantastic customer service! I bought a Dreambaby duck thermometer last year and it stopped working, I took it back to the shop although I couldn't find my receipt. It started working again when we were in but was told that if it stopped again just to give them a call. We managed two uses before experiencing the same problem.... read full comment
