Tried everywhere on line and in person for a replacement cabinet handle. When I got here, I was welcomed and given great help from friendly and professional team and I got the part that in needed. Great place and to me a little known gem - give them a try !

Needed a couple of thumbturn locks, to replace normal locks. An array of items bamboozled me, but the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what my requirements would be. One item needed ordering, and I was contacted once this arrived in stock. Thanks Glen. Overall excellent service, highly recommended.

Total amateur sent for a couple of door locks, no idea what I needed. Staff member was excellent, patient and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend JACS, especially to those of us who aren't professionals and may feel intimidated buying joinery supplies.

Went in today to get a new lock etc for a broken and worn out 50 yo aluminium door. Wasn't sure if they could help but wow! What service! Not only were they very knowledgeable and helpful but the craic was good! Thanks again guys!

Avoid. The owner discriminates against those with disabilities. After explaining I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask, I was told that I would only be served outside, so I had to wait outside the door in the cold where I was then served. I felt sorry for the friendly and helpful staff imposing the arbitrary rules of the discriminatory owner.
