John ordered a carpet for us at a time that we thought we were ready for it to be fitted, however a hiccup with the property meant it couldn?t be fitted for a couple more months! They held it in their warehouse until we were able to have it fitted, and it was fitted only about 4 days after saying we were all good to go! Can?t fault that! Fitters were quick (there were 3 of them!), price and service was great. Thank you all!

From the planning and measuring stage with Gary, who helped me find the right products I needed and talked me through my different options to help me stay within my budget, all the way to the fitting service from Fraser and Malina, who were consummate professionals throughout.I cannot recommend them highly enough, fantastic work!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE TOPS!From start to finish everyone at BARCLAY FLOORING were not only helpful but of good cheer too.John and Gary at the store were professional and made enquiries for us on the spot.The carpet fitters, Brian, Fraser and Malina,(I hope I've spelt his name right), were superb. They worked very hard until they completed all the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble. They took pride in their work. Something you don't see often enough these days. Thank you boys, we are very pleased with the results.

Fantasic place to shop for not only furniture but flooring and carpets aswell. Got my bed from here and staff took therr time to help me got what i was wanting. The guys at the flooring bit were so helpful aswell. Highly recommend if needing something. Do all sorts of furniture and flooring. Will definitely be back

Shambles. Delivered the wrong bed, was told no one could help that day as the person who would deal with it was on a day off (!) and that they would sort the next day. Had no other bed and was told to use it and as there were no other beds in the warehouse a switch until a new one was made would be 4-6 weeks. No apology from the office, only an indignant reply that the delivery guys are tired because they are so busy. Very poor customer service and definitely not what I expect for a £1300 purchase. Won't be making that mistake again. Plus someone is going to be receiving their bed after someone else has used it. Surely not right??!
