Everything!!! Been going for the last 10yrs when we visit Scotland. Huge disappointment all round. The place was cold I got a spoonful of rice on a plate my beef curry consisted of 4!!!!! Pieces of beef the rest was onion. A family beside us had a family member working there and the kids were in and out of the kitchen so unsafe to say the least. Last time for us just dreadful!!!!!!

i used to really enjoy the food from this place but after tonight i will not be returning. i got salt and chilli battered prawns in which the prawns were definitely undercooked and the batter was mushy rather than crispy and to make the dish even worse the fried rice had the most disgusting taste as if it had been reused from a previous night or stored in a unhygienic way. also got the beef chow mein and the beef was not cooked properly, the onion should be cut an edible size rather than putting a whole half of one. The chef has absolute no heart for the traditional cuisine and it?s a shame.

If you are Spanish, don't go, if you are used to Chinese food from any restaurant in Spain, this will horrify you. We ordered 3 dishes and none of them tasted like anything. The chicken in cashew sauce had huge pieces of chicken and the sauce had a texture. Strange, not even the fried rice had a good flavor. The prawn bread was half soft (we already started badly) followed by the fact that the prices are absurd, a plate almost 19 pounds - more than 20 euros without counting the drink which was another 4 pounds. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the waiters were friendly but the food was terrible.

First time in the Jade Garden in many years. Place hasn't changed a great deal but the welcome was very warm especially as we were with my granddaughter. Service was excellent and they made a fuss of my granddaughter which was really nice. Food was excellent and the prices are in line with most restaurants. It will not be so long before we return.

Went in last night ..after looking at the menu from outside thought must be good with prices of meals ....how wrong was I... . Starters chicken with lettuce.... Lettuce leaves with processed chicken bits.. battered king prawns..tiny prawns in clumps of over cooked batter. MainsSzechuan chicken just a mess if glumpy sauce and chicken...chow mien tasteless but was at least edible. & Bottle of wine (wine was good ). £84 wow. When the waitress took 2 almost full plates away . Just said "too much" and walked away before I could tell her how bad it was...worst Chinese I have ever had ....I have never written a bad review before if I have a bad meal I just don't return but this was disgusting

Had not been here for a few years as lived in Wales for along time . Just had our 50th anniversary meal here on sat and it was brilliant to be back. Thank you to all staff food was wonderful, just how we remembered ??
