“I was frantically trying to get a replacement part or new sander to complete a DIY project. Failed online via many sites , so resorted to the old fashioned phonecall. Called my local Wickes and a very helpful lady checked their system and confirmed that they had them in stock but not on display but to ask at the desk and someone would get it from stock. I called in-store and was lucky to get the same cheery lady who again checked her system to show me the item to confirm it met with my requirements. It was exactly correct and she then ran, yes ran upstairs to the stockroom. On her return she explained that she couldn't locate it so enlisted another member of staff to assist , a few minutes later she was back with exactly what I required. Excellent customer service, one very happy customer. Thanks”
