Visited again today, what a disaster most of the aisles were blocked with stock waiting to be put away,my wife has to use a trolley because she is bad on her legs up and down extra lanes doesn't help, the queue for the checkout also is a disaster I think the place is going down hill, maybe new management, I don't know but it's not what it was.”

“I pop into our lovely Perth store at least once a week. Simon and his staff are so friendly. Popped in this afternoon and found the bargain of the year.
Beautiful cantilever Parasol . £79 down to £19.97. Bought 2 one for my daughter. Also the base was down from £35 to £8.50.(pack of 2) 4 needed so the total was £65.
An absolute bargain.
Extremely heavy so as I was going out the door Ritchie ( sales assistant) helped me out with my purchases. He was actually finished and on his way home but instead helped me out to the car.
He went the extra mile as Simon and the staff usually do.

“Very helpful with a huge range to chose from at great prices was in on Thursday picked a 3 seater recliner and a chair and was delivered the next day with my old sofa removed and recycled, excellent customer service and the guys who delivered the sofa did it with such good care and cleaned everything up afterwards, highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Fantastic visit, Jessica was friendly, patient, had my ten year old and we were looking for his first real big bed, full of amazing information on all the different frames and mattresses and fun. They have a bed machine which you MUST try it’s superb at showing where you need support etc. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their perfect bed and / or mattress . 5*”

“Great store plenty of bargains, watch out for your parking I got a £50 fine for no ticket I was parked in a disabled bay with my badge showing it was about aonth later I got the fine it took me over a month to sort it out they wanted receipts proof of my disability.
The next time I went there I took a photo of our car with the badge showing, I complained to a member of staff she said how sorry she was and said it is happening quite often, it is not Matalan it is the council..”

“Really delighted with the overall service - from initial discussions on window design to delivery.I was looking for sash design windows for my Victorian house and when I started to investigate on-line I did not appreciate just how many different design features are out there - I was overwhelmed !!.However, when I visited the branch I found the manager to be friendly and very knowledgeable when discussing all the different design features. He certainly knows his products and was very accommodating with my many questions on sash windows. When the windows arrived I was really impressed with the design and quality.In summary, the staff provided a very professional service and I will certainly use this branch again. “We considered various companies for the refurbishment of our kitchen but eventually decided on Trend. This was due to the numerous positive reviews and their product offering. Our decision was justified, they were professional from design to installation. In particular Calvin, who was extremely helpful and professional during the installation process and ably assisted by Lee.The end result was as we had hoped. “I was frantically trying to get a replacement part or new sander to complete a DIY project. Failed online via many sites , so resorted to the old fashioned phonecall. Called my local Wickes and a very helpful lady checked their system and confirmed that they had them in stock but not on display but to ask at the desk and someone would get it from stock. I called in-store and was lucky to get the same cheery lady who again checked her system to show me the item to confirm it met with my requirements. It was exactly correct and she then ran, yes ran upstairs to the stockroom. On her return she explained that she couldn't locate it so enlisted another member of staff to assist , a few minutes later she was back with exactly what I required. Excellent customer service, one very happy customer. Thanks”
