Just had engineer from this company out - after we had called the day before as our washing machine had broken down. Said they would do their best to fit us in the next day and arrived. Not an easy job but Martin was solution focussed, really pleasant and explained everything. Cost was extremely reasonable for the work that needed completed. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate this company. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and customer focused. Today, they had no availability for an engineer visit, but were really helpful over the phone which helped resolve our problem. This is my Go To company from now on. I can't recommend them enough.

I am so impressed. I called about a faulty fridge freezer and was given detailed advice on what to do over the phone - they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Advice given seems to have worked but I will definitely use Home Economics next time I have an appliance fault.

Got advice to try and rectify a fault with my fridge freezer before sending anyone out. As the fix didn't work, they came out quickly but unfortunately couldn't repair the appliance as it was too old to get parts for. Great service though and good advice. Cannot fault them at all.

Very Highly recommended!! Best I?ve found! Dave was incredibly helpful over phone when my fridge freezer stopped working. Rather than coming out and charging a call out he gave me some advice which fixed the issue. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Home Economics. They are customer focused and highly professional and knowledgable.
