was told my car parts would be ready same day I ordered them but had to wait two days to get them, not a very honest service in my opinion price and quality of goods was good

It?s a great shop with a great range of products and super helpful assistants. I didn?t know which polish to buy on my last visit and the gentleman came out to my car to check to ensure I got the right type. Very helpful .

A great service at Halfords Perth branch. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, going out of their way to ensure I fully understood the products I was considering and the related services, e.g, installation services for the kit. I had an issue with my air-conditioning and no one could figure out the problem so I took it into the store today to see what they could do. Mike and George took time putting their heads together and found the issue. One very happy customer with the service given today, thank you ?

Mostly very good, but I wish they'd have more support for motorcyclists, e.g. headlight bulb fitting service. (Edit: years later and it seems that now they have finally acknowledged the existence of motorcycles, and do provide fitting services.)
