Came here for the first time for lunch and was greeted with a warm smile from Charmaine (think that's her name!) She was friendly and chatty with my two kids - my eldest boy actually commented how nice she was! Great to see there is still good customer care out there. Thanks, we will be back when the chicken katsu returns ?

I?ve given this Greggs multiple chances, but the service is consistently poor. The staff seem unmotivated, the service is painfully slow, and on several occasions, they?ve completely forgotten my click and collect order?meaning I?ve had to stand around and wait while they scramble to sort it out.
To make matters worse, they frequently disable the click and collect feature on their app, which I strongly suspect is because they simply don?t know how to manage it properly. A national chain like Greggs should be able to handle a basic system without making it the customer?s problem.
If you?re in a rush or expecting even half-decent service, don?t bother with this place. It?s a frustrating experience every time. Very disappointing.
