My family and I have always shopped at Ernest Jones because they have been a reputable company and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. However, on this recent occasion I?ve been left disappointed. My mum purchased a chain as a christmas present for me. It had to be ordered in as it?s not a common chain and it was very similar to one I previously owned for a number of years. I wore this new chain once for about half a day and the silver bent and almost broke off when I took it off. When I returned to the shop to explain this, the manager said implied that I had damaged it myself and that there could be no refund or exchange offered. This was an expensive chain and shouldn?t do this when worn once! Disappointed with the service on this occasion and won?t be shopping there in future.

I had an exceptional experience whilst shopping at Ernest Jones in Perth. Heather the branch manager was incredibly friendly and helpful and her customer service was incredible. Heather, made the whole experience lovely for me and my son. And helped my son choose the perfect watch for his birthday. The staff here go above and beyond the call of duty to look after you. I will certainly come back again if I ever need anything else. Highly recommend anyone looking for a special gift for a loved one Thanks so very much again Heather, for all of your kindness and help. Your a wee shining ? star.x

Store manager Heather is so helpful and insightful helped so much with engagement ring and our wedding rings. Deserves an invite to the wedding I think :) and the rest of the team here at the Perth branch are all so kind and lovely too very welcoming environment and so friendly.

I cannot fault the staff on their service when it came to selecting and purchasing the right ring for my partner. They went above and beyond with sizing and exchanging on a number of occasions until we found the perfect one

Very helpful and patient staff, they were a great help when I went in to choose an engagement ring for my now fiancee.

Heather saves the day!Recently purchased an engagement ring in October 23 for my new finance for our engagement in November.Unfortunately had an issue where A small stone fell out of the ring! No problem, Earnest Jones Perth sent the ring for repair. Two weeks later another two stones fall out of the ring! Returned again and Heather the store manager, returned the ring and confrmed the ring was recalled.Today went instore to find five rings in correct size to choose as a replacement. Excellent service from Heather in the Perth store.Well done EJ
