Had a problem with my bill, spent 2 hours on EE website chat. thought problem was sorted, it wasn't, went into Perth's EE shop was sorted in 5 minutes by Josh, hope I have right name, excellent service have also dealt with Zander in the past, can't praise them highly enough.

I am an existing customer and they didn't give me a discount when I buy my second device. Further, I bought the device at 88£ per month.same device available in their website with a discount at 84.60£. When I called to ask about cancellation and return policy the guy was on the phone, just hung up the phone just saying no refund.Very dissapointed.never recommend EE to my family and friends.

I have visited the Perth store a few times in the last couple of years and have found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Iain today was no exception - he sorted the problems on both my husband?s and my mobile and genuinely seemed pleased to do so - thanks Iain!
