I am an existing customer and they didn't give me a discount when I buy my second device. Further, I bought the device at 88£ per month.same device available in their website with a discount at 84.60£. When I called to ask about cancellation and return policy the guy was on the phone, just hung up the phone just saying no refund.Very dissapointed.never recommend EE to my family and friends.

I have visited the Perth store a few times in the last couple of years and have found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Iain today was no exception - he sorted the problems on both my husband?s and my mobile and genuinely seemed pleased to do so - thanks Iain!

Ridiculous store, led managerless, so any issue you?re stuffed. Staff doesn?t feel responsible for EE customers, seems they?re just there to trap new customers.

Very helpful service. The assistant was very attentive and had my mobile WiFi back up and running in no time. Due to lack of use it had become dormant and she was able to have it reactivated and advised me to use it at least every three months to avoid it happening again
