I placed an order for diamond core drilling sets at the beginning on January, when they took a while to arrive i got in touch with Diatech regarding this, Jade Lyall picked up my email and got in touch with me straight away to get the bottom of why the order hadn't arrived with us.She was super helpful & very lovely to speak to on the phone and sorted the issue with the order very quickly.
