Went into today to have sheets laminated but not only was their laminator not working but has been down for over a week. Chap was pleasant but bad service especially when they know they?re the only place that does it in Perth.(which was admitted). They don?t seem overly concerned it?s not working either or in any rush to rectify. Disappointed with no where to go to get sheets laminated!

Really disappointed. I sent over artwork to be used for my business and there was a few adjustments that needed to be made which I was made aware of and happily changed and resent the files. No issues there, then I was quoted and I paid for the work over the phone upfront (regretting that now) no preview was supplied to me to see it. But I assumed it would be as per my design. As you can see the photo in the background is practically non existent in the final outcome and looks nothing like the file. I was also asked to add in more ?bleed marks? which clearly wasn?t necessary as there?s a huge margin around the edges now. I did point out when I was there the huge difference in the file I sent and the end product, and was told nothing would be done to fix it. I spent over £110 and really gutted as these are useless to me. They just kept saying that they printed what I gave them. But I?m no professional, I don?t know if it will look different when it?s printed. That is your job to inform me of this and I already made adjustments to the original file so would have happily adjusted the transparency if I was advised it wasn?t going to be visible. Just devastating to spend so much money for nothing. When it?s clear to see what I asked for and hat I got are two completely different things. Won?t be back and definitely wouldn?t recommend.

This company uses AI generated images that steal from preexisting art real people make rather than using copyright free art or commissioning an artist. From what I've seen they've been called out on it repeatedly and just don't care. Disgusting and unethical
