They never have anything in stock. Always have to order it. Although they have it on display, they don't seem to carry the stock. This has happened numerous times to us.

Have Currys actually realised that they need to provide friendly customer service? All the people we spoke to were really helpful. Excellent. We had stopped using them for.a while due to their poor service.

Ordered an item online with collection at the store.(Paid by credit)The product never suited my needs, so I have decided to return it back within 14 days from purchase.After contacting customer service online to ensure that I can return the item in store, I was on my way to the shop to return the item.At the checkout, I was talking to a representative of Currys about the return, etc.He also confirmed that the item can be returned in store.After a couple of minutes of trying to do the return through the internet, I was offered a refund to my card,I have decided to take the refund just so I can pay off the credit back in my free time, and the employee agreed.After finalising the deal, I've proceeded to look around the shop for some items.A couple of minutes later, I was approached by the same employee and his colleague who appeared out of nowhere and was trying to be the smart man.The guy that proceeded with my refund said, " I shouldn't have done that. That's not allowed, and that's the last time when I'm doing this. You can't return an item that was ordered online with pickup in store to the store. " HahaNot to mention, he was the one who offered me the refund because he couldn't figure out how to use the computer.It's not the best customer service you can wish for.

Took my 83 year old mum to the Perth shop on Sat 12th August 23 to buy a new fridge/freezer and waited 15 mins+ for help, only to find a rude, disinterested staff member who was too "busy" to deal with us and gave a short terse answer when asked about general specifications as he walked away. I thanked him for all his "help" and we immediatly left and drove to W.M. Coupar electrical shop in Blairgowrie who were fantastic and got a £609.99 sale out of it. Her new Bosch fridge freezer was delivered today and she is very pleased with it.This is not the first time I've had poor service at Perth Curry's but it will certainly be the last as we are all adamant we won't go there again and will use W.M. Coupar (Euronics) in Blairgowrie from now on.

For a big faceless store, the staff are quite friendly and helpful when you seem interested in an item. Our assistant was very sociable and eager to assist.

Customer service was good, but ever since the merger with PC World both stores have had a pretty rubbish supply of connections, cables, PC components, peripherals, and appliances. Overall, as I said, from a general customer service POV they are very good, but if you want anything more than a standard TV, mid range laptop, or your basic kitchen appliances, then you'd be better off shopping online, either with Currys (who have a far better selection online) or a third party.

Shop assistant was very helpful and involved other staff who could help were he was unable to. All the staff involved were very polite and helpful in trying to find a solution to a Aio pc that they didn't have their. Curry's should be thankful they have such good staff.

Had great service today from Joe but have to say when I first went in everyone seemed busy until Joe came over to serve me and thank you as not easy with children trying to shop so fantastic .. his knowledge on technology was what I needed to make up my mind ..on the minus side I was in last week with my partner and got a very snippy rude woman who basically couldn?t be bothered with his questions I think her name was VIV ! Older lady with blonde hair .. put me off going back ? so glad I got good service today :-)
