I go in to this shop almost every week, as I live 5 minutes away & have been served alcohol by the same Asian woman working in there countless times with no ID requested. I am 25 years old next month, so this is understandable.

Waited in large queue with one assistant counting and selecting scratch cards etc this is appalling service why was there no other assistant available it was 10 am !!! Busy day people were purchasing groceries not bloody scratch cards not good enough gambling before groceries! Essentials first not scratch cards or any gambling... read full comment
