I had my living room floor sanded and lacquered.I found the website very good when looking for quotes. It has all the prices per square meter for the various things you may need doing to your wooden floor. Most flooring websites are very vague about prices, so I found this very useful. My own estimate was within £10 of the quote Paul gave meEasy to communicate with.The two men who came to sand the floor (Aidan and David) were very nice and the floor looks lovely.

Poor quality of work. When I asked him to come back and look at the areas of poor quality he said the only thing he can do is cover it with caulk. When I said I didn't want it covered I wanted it fixed he basically shrugged so I asked him to leave and come back to me when he has spoken to whatever company he said he needed to. Citrus did a beautiful job of sanding and staining the 100-year-old pine floorboards throughout our ground floor (in Birnam, Perthshire). The work has revitalised an old, tired floor and brought a gorgeous glow to it. The Citrus team could not have been more helpful and accommodating as we struggled to move furniture (including a grand piano) from one room to another.
