Chrysler Crossfire in today for a one off starting problem. After receiving horrendous service from a previous garage these people put my mind at rest. Diagnostics shows no fault codes to clear with no fault detected. They were attentive helpful and polite. Thanks.

Heard good things so decided to go here when my car had broken down. Never felt more unwelcome. On the side it says free quotes. However they looked at my car and said that they couldn?t do it but it?ll be £50 as they looked at it. They said to scrap the car and it wasn?t worth it. BUT, when I came up later on to pay with my boyfriend, suddenly there was no charge to look at it. I would hate to think I was being overcharged as I?m a girl but that seems to be the case. Also, they told me I had to move my car within the hour from their parking and that they couldn?t move it for me. The whole experience was absolutely horrible and I can?t help but think that they were trying to take advantage.Service: Engine repair

I had been having problems with my Audi. The exhaust was smoky and the car was losing power,warning lights had appeared for Emissions and Diesel Particulate Filter. I took the car to Cherrybank Garage. They replaced engine parts and charged me over £800.But it wasn't repaired! I had exactly the same problems over the following weeks. Took the car back to Cherrybank Garage each time. They tried to charge for fitting a new sensor which they had charged me for on my first bill! The third time they said it was an emissions issue and that I required an Exhaust Gas Recirculation part - cost £360.I tried to point out they had already charged me over £800 to ?fix? the car, but customer service and reason did not exist. I took the car to another garage. They said the problems were due to carbon build up on engine parts. They cleaned the engine, charged me £30 and the car has been fine ever since.Avoid this garage. Incompetent and unprofessional. Charged £800+ for replacement engine parts which didn't fix the problem and effectively just needed cleaned... and they tried to keep on charging!
