Hi, just had a horrible customer experience, trying to get a replacement phone, after ours developed problems receiving texts. For the last 4 months texts have been intermittent, we have been in store 6 or 7 times, phone has been away for repair, but still same issue. James the manager said it could be the settings, but couldn't give a guarantee.
