Not disable friendly dimly lit & tightly packed. Pleasant enough staff and wide range of inexpensive carpet but more than choice of the same carpet rather than different qualities.

Great service! The owner remembered us from 10years ago and was very welcoming. The boys came early to fit the carpet and we're also friendly.My last carpet from another company was rubbish compared to this one.

Horrendous the most disorganised company I've dealt with so un professional I am a plumber and I know how annoying it can be for customers to not be contacted. I got my up stairs hall done 3 bed rooms asked for underly got no underly and bathroom Lino bubbleing up had to get them back to sort everything. Then got my down stairs done because I thought it was just a mix up the first time everything done fine until I released the back door wasn't done I phoned a day after and asked to get them back no contact then phoned them again after about a month no contact no one came and again and again still no one has come the dates I've been promised honest opinion fine carpet fitter very very poor management and common sense lost a customer
