Got 3 and 0 balloons for my daughter?s 30th birthday. One became attached on my way back to the car. Even although it was a windy day it clearly wasn?t tied on properly. So had to go back to the shop. I?d no sooner got the explanation out than the woman jumped down my throat saying I?d have to pay for the replacement. Which I did as I was on a hurry and I couidnt be bothered arguing the point. It was clearly obvious it hadn?t been tied properly. Poor customer service

Bobbie was really helpful and took the time in showing me certain cards I was looking for and also helped me select an extra wee gift, she listened to me needs and gave me good advice, always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and thank me for my business

Was in a few weeks ago and found the young girl assistant very rude ! I realise it?s a cheaper store but I was going to purchase a large amount but the staff were too busy speaking about other customers to be bothered .. yes my child is disabled and needs a pram !!
Absolute disgrace of staff in Perth branch ..
