“I placed an order for diamond core drilling sets at the beginning on January, when they took a while to arrive i got in touch with Diatech regarding this, Jade Lyall picked up my email and got in touch with me straight away to get the bottom of why the order hadn't arrived with us.She was super helpful & very lovely to speak to on the phone and sorted the issue with the order very quickly. He certainly knows his products and was very accommodating with my many questions on sash windows. “It’s a simple thing. But I went to buy a bunch of brushes for varnishing some doors. But the northern Irish guy advised me not to get the ones I picked out because they needed to be better quality brushes for the job I was doing. And he said he wouldn’t feel comfortable selling them as they’re not in the business of ripping people off which was a really nice touch.”

“I was frantically trying to get a replacement part or new sander to complete a DIY project. Failed online via many sites , so resorted to the old fashioned phonecall. Called my local Wickes and a very helpful lady checked their system and confirmed that they had them in stock but not on display but to ask at the desk and someone would get it from stock. I called in-store and was lucky to get the same cheery lady who again checked her system to show me the item to confirm it met with my requirements. It was exactly correct and she then ran, yes ran upstairs to the stockroom. On her return she explained that she couldn't locate it so enlisted another member of staff to assist , a few minutes later she was back with exactly what I required.
