Value for money, it was Fantastic. £25 for two adult & one child all you can eat breakfasts, two coffees and a juice (all with free refills). Staff were very friendly and attentive, Dannys' customer service skills were so natural and spot on. Will definitely be back.

My son and I were there tonight as a Treat for mothers day, I had the small carvery which was delicious, loved the stuffing! Only complaint was that the potatoes were a bit hard, but was very good

Unfortunately the carver was on her own and overwhelmed with the amount of customers. I waited nearly 40 minutes to get served. The meat looked barely cooked when it came out of the kitchen. I've eaten here before and really enjoyed it so this may have been a one off however if it had been my first time visiting, I'd think twice about going again. Disappointed, not with the carver, I felt sorry for her, especially when there was staff wandering about doing nothing and that poor lass was rushed off her feet and unable to cope with the volume of customers.

Booked here for our daughters 21st as she asked for a carvery. We are regular customers for the carvery and usually have no complaints.Unfortunately tonight there were very little good things to comment on.I'll start by saying that the lady who seated us on arrival was great, polite and attentive and happy to take the surprise cake we had brought away to the cellar to bring out after our meal. Jacob who served us at the bar was also fantastic, very friendly and chatty and lovely service.Unfortunately that's where the good ends.We all had a carvery apart from 1 mac and cheese with chips. On this visit the carvery was absolutely terrible. Queue was huge and the girl serving the meat looked miserable and was extremely slow at serving. The gammon being cut was almost finished and full of fat. I asked for fresh stuff along with beef as it was also just fatty dregs. It seems like a hassle to her but she did bring another gammon out. Sadly it was also really fatty. The Yorkshire puddings were rock hard. I bashed mind against the counter and it didn't even crack. So left that there. Pigs in blankets seemed undercooked. Cauliflower was rock hard, potatoes were rock hard, parsnips were burnt. All in all really disappointing when we were looking forward to it. Nobody came to ask how food was either whilst we were eating. When finished we waited half an hour for someone to come.clean our table. I eventually had to go and ask someone to clear it and bring our cake out.All.in all sadly on this visit a really bad experience and for spending over £100 on 8 meals and drinks really below par.
