On February 5th at 9:20 PM, I visited the BP station at 2 Dunkeld Road, Perth PH1 5RG. After refueling, I selected a Bounty chocolate bar and approached the counter, where two customers were ahead of me. When it was my turn, I placed the chocolate bar on the counter and mentioned, ?Also this.? The cashier abruptly asked if I had gotten fuel, to which I replied affirmatively. He then loudly reprimanded me, insisting that it?s the customer?s responsibility to inform him about the fuel. Despite my apology and explanation that I assumed he was aware of the fuel due to my phrasing, he continued to raise his voice, stating he can?t ask every customer if they?ve refueled. This confrontation occurred in front of other patrons, leaving me feeling disrespected and embarrassed. As I left, he insinuated that I intended to pay only for the chocolate bar and leave without settling the fuel payment. Such accusatory and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I urge BP management to address this issue to prevent future incidents.

Went in to charge our car and grab a coffee was served by a lovely man called Neil. His service was amazing!! Also toilets were super clean!!

Low quality fuel, for example: I can drive on Sainsbur/Shell fuel around 40/50 miles more than on BP fuel! If you do not believe check by yourself. I did it and I found massive difference. Never again BP fuel!!

Pay point - terrible customer service I?d been sent a code and a link for pay point and the cashier refused point blank told me to make a complaint!!! they don?t do cash back?? I hadn?t asked for cash back on my card ?? I went with a code for money and the website clearly indicates this is 1 of the pay point places you can use to collect money the cashier didn?t even acknowledge what it was for or anything I was just told we do not do this?I don?t expect to be treated in the manner I was extremely rude and didn?t care that I was making a complaint regarding this matter and also his behaviour towards me it was unacceptable I wouldn?t of given any status if I?d of been able to leave 0

BP ME, mobile app to pay the pump never works, when I asked the person inside he just shrugged saying it never works. It's the only BP station I have had this issue with and has been like this for months.

There were no baskets in sight when I visited so I spent the first couple of minutes looking around for where one might be and was about to ask the guy serving but he came over to me first to tell me about a promotion they had on but it seemed like he was trying to hurry me to the til so I just grabbed a few things and went up to purchase a paypoint item and pay for the things. The guy seemed friendly enough but I would have preferred if he had left me in peace to browse. I think sometimes however due to my physical size and if they are serving alone at night as was the case here, people can think I might be some kind of threat but as I say he seemed friendly anyway. And due to the inflated price of things like at most petrol stations I probably wouldn't have bought much else in any event. But quite a good choice of things, good layout and clean. Convenient on a Sunday night when other places closed - my nearest open paypoint.
