This was my first routine eye test at this branch since I moved from another area. I was made so instantly welcome. Despite it being the last appointment of the day everything ran to time. I am neurodivergent so was quite nervous of all the tests but Emily and Katrina put me at ease, consistently ensured that I was comfortable without ever making me feel condescended to or different. It was a happy interaction full of goodwill and humour; every stage was explained in an interesting, engaging way. I also witnessed the team interacting with elderly customers in the most courteous, caring and supportive manner, which added to my own feelings of being safe and in an affirming setting. As it was the last slot of the day I have not yet had the experience of choosing my new glasses, but I am looking forward to it like a shopping date with old friends. Thank you all so much.

I had previously been to Boots for an eye test and to choose new frames for my improved lenses. This time, I was there to collect my glasses. I was a little early for my appointment so the person I was meant to see was still on lunch. However, Amir stood in for the other person and I was delighted with the service I received. Amir was polite, helpful and extremely courteous - he even cracked the odd joke or two! Amir's manner made the whole appointment very relaxed and pleasant. I felt as though he was genuinely interested in the customer's needs. Will definitely be back to this branch of Boots Opticians.

The service I've received from everyone at the Opticians has been outstanding. The Optician was thorough and took her time to explain the issues and process. She took time to listen and acted upon what I shared. The service for the fitting was also superb. He took time to discuss the options and also explained the pricing options. There was no 'push' to a particular style of frame and we actually picked the same one independently. He was careful to ensure the frames were right for me and that any necessary extras were fully explained. Really great service. Thanks.

I have been having problems with my prescription and the wonderful optician Claire could not have helped me more. I felt heard and understood and I so appreciated her time and effort to help me. Emily then spent time with me to find glasses that I liked and also that fit me correctly. Just lovely service
