“The staff are wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. I went into the shop to tell them that there was a piece missing in a jigsaw that I had bought, not expecting them to be able to do anything about it as I had not kept the receipt. To my amazement they suggested that I should bring back the jigsaw and swap it for another. I'll buy all my jigsaws from them from now on.”
