After a very frustrating experience with Belvoir Perth in recent years, the quality of service from their team has been excellent since new management came into place in late 2023. Every single person I've spoken with has been very open, honest and responsive to every issue, big and small, that has been raised with them in recent months. Can't fault a single thing.

Rented a flat with them in 2021 and the flat was absolutely rotten with mold. Not only nothing was done about it after many complaints to Belvoir, but it?s manager Aimy Lewis treated me like a subhuman and pretty much told me to F off when I mentioned the health problems that caused my asthma. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

The most useless team of letting agents I?ve had to deal with and that?s saying something. Absolutely no communication from them when I was a tenant, they messed up my notice period and tried to ask for more money, now I can?t get a hold of them to get my deposit back because nobody answers emails and nobody answers the phone. Avoid these people at all costs.

My partner and I were very interested in a property that went up on Zoopla on Monday morning. After countless phone calls to Belvoir Perth with no answer, we decided to visit the branch in person. There was an open sign on the door, and was said to be open online. However, the door was locked and no one was in. We waited for hours, literally a whole day calling, emailing, checking the office until they closed, and got absolutely nothing. We tried again the next morning, and after finally getting through to someone on the phone by some miracle, were told that they were no longer taking viewings. I have no idea how on earth they took any viewings if they weren?t answering any phone calls, but had anyone bothered to actually answer us, we could have had a chance at applying to the property we really wanted. Shockingly bad service, do not even bother trying with the lettings team here. Disappointed at best.

Really hard to get anyone on the phone. When you do get someone on the phone they are helpfull. There have been numerous emails that I have sent that haven't been responded to. The one I'm most annoyed about is one I sent enquiring when I'd find out if I'd been accepted for the cottage I was hoping to rent.I had simaler issues with the inverness office when I stayed there.

Bad company. Been trying to contact them about money they owe me for my rent to which my tenancy ended last month. No reply, ignoring my emails and calls. Poor service.

Belvoir have been amazing this last year that i have been with them. I contacted them last year when i needed a new rental property to move into and they quickly and efficiently found me the perfect place within my budget and area. The staff i have dealt with are friendly and knowledgeable and i would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone looking to find new accommodation. Special thanks to Nikki who found me my much loved home and responds to any queries that i have had along the way.

Not the best letting agents. Seem to feel they are a little better that the rest, don't follow up on enquiries, and seem to think they should decide if you are a fit tenant.

My initial interaction with Belvoir was a horrible experience. Rude beyond anything I have witnessed from a professional company.However, that was over 2 years ago and has since changed ownership/management.The new structure are absolutely spot on, with everything they do.For anyone looking to rent or have their property rented out, then I would highly recommend.I wouldn't go on comments made 2+years ago. The old owners were horrible .Scott

The superb team at Belvoir has sorted me out with another stunning wee place again. I had to move out of my old (privately rented) flat at short notice due to issues with the Landlady and Maddison was nothing but helpful and efficient as usual. I thoroughly recommend to a prospecting tenant in and around Perth.

I've taken my properties away from Belvoir Perth due to their appalling service. They are unresponsive and money pinching. They cant do accounts for any of my properties and now I've taken them back I've seen what an awful state they are now in when they were immaculate before. I do not recommend them at all!
