Ordered a decaf oat mocha. Was served an oat mocha. The woman forgot it was decaf. Zero tolerance to caffeine so was restless the entire day. How can someone get an integral part of the order wrong?! Terrible customer service and experience.

Not a very welcoming place. I placed my order no problem. I got a large mocca and a ham and cheese croissant. Was over £9 which I thought was a little pricey but didn't mind. I sat in a corner and when my order was ready I was shouted at to get my order on a tray. The cutlery had finger prints all over it and the croissant... read full comment
