Even it is on the main road, It?s difficult to find the Bank for new persons. Except the Barclays symbol, and a small name at the entrance there is no proper sign board. I went to this bank multiple times about my Bank statements, some staff are responding well, and some are awful.

Awful customer service. Understaffed. Short opening times. Hundreds of pounds I deposited through their machine just disappeared and was not credited to my account.

Terrible advice and customer service. We changed our address at the Perth Branch in Oct 2017 but when we took out ISAs in April 2018, our address details were still incorrect and the Perth branch had no idea why our ISAs has been put on hold by Barclays HQ due to "incorrect address" information. And just recently, we wanted to cash in our ISAs early but were told at the branch that we could only cash in 10% of the value of each ISA, but when our financial advisor rang Barclays, our ISAs were encashed that day without any problems at all.
