Wife waited 15 minutes to speak to a customer service member of staff even though she had explained to a young man on entering the bank the reason for her visit. The young man spoke to another member of staff at a counter in the middle of the floor who was operating an ipad. When she complained to a supervisor about the wait, the girl with the ipad said she wasn't on the list. Another member of staff said she would deal with the query, which she did, efficiently abd effectively. Four members of staff involved in one query!! Give us back our previous bank service.

Disappointed again with bank of scotland in perthQueuing for 5 mins to print off 3 months bank statements. Queue progressing along slowly as I reach next in line.Manager then comes along and makes me take a seat for someone to come and see to meAll the while people are being processed in the queue for the very same requests.Don't understand why they won't allow me to be dealt with at the desk. Time is precious and I've been messed around, sat down in a new queue of 12 people now in front of me and only 2 advisors working their way through the customers who are seatedTotally confusing to the end user here and they are over complicating the process of banking.This bank is now full of people walking around with tablets chatting away as opposed to meeting clients needs.Went over to complain to manager who then let's me jump the queue and deals with me straight away.Feedback given to manager but didn't seem very interested in my points.

I was went to change my current account monthly statement generating date. Initially, no body responded and waited me for the long time. I approached the Manager, he is really helpful, and responded well. Few of the staff are responding well, and remaining staff should learn from them about how to responding to the customer queries.

I have to thank Fiona for her understanding this afternoon. I had issues with my on line account which she took time to help and sort out payments. I have had so many security problems with bank of scotland and have been passed around so many times to different departments who were less than helpful. The manager Greg at this branch was passive aggressive and very rude. It has been incredibly stressful dealing with this bank and never wish to deal with them again.
