I can?t thank Auto Services Perth enough. My exhaust on my motorhome snapped on Saturday. I was at the start of my holiday to do the NC500. I was told I needed a new back box and they wasn?t one available. Gary who was the mechanic there bent over backwards and did a temporary repair so I could continue my journey. He really did care and there are not many people like that about these days. It would have been so easy for him to say I can?t do anything, so thanks again Gary for everything. Amazing staff there from the receptionist to the parts guy. All so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Customer service / communication needs serious improvement.Took them 3 days to complete routine maintenance for a job card that should have taken a day max. (Oil change and a strip & clean of brakes) Van off the road 3 days rather than 1 purely due to their disorganisation.Vehicle wasn?t even looked at until Day 2, after they were chased.Communication was hard work throughout, it?s obvious they do a lot of large fleet / repair & maintenance contracts as when they have to deal with smaller more personable customers they severely lack in customer service & communication.Worth adding this is not a one off - previous recall appointment done by them was also like pushing water uphill. Gave them the benefit of doubt last time, won?t make that mistake again. Will be travelling extra distance to Dundee from now on for maintenance & servicing.

Awful customer service from drop off right through to pickup - and any follow up if/when you have issues with the quality of the service provided.Unwilling to take ownership of VW faults despite being only local dealership.Have had to use them three (for warranty work) - all times unpleasant from front desk (managed by Sharron) onwards. They aren?t interested in solving problems.(The final disregard for customer service is your need to get yourself from where you pay them to another location under your own steam to pick up your vehicle)

My Vito van suffered heavy vibration following a period of cold weather in The Highlands. Travelling down from Aviemore to Dorset, I tried 5 garages without any prospect of investigation or repair being carried out for a stated two weeks. I was directed to Auto Services by Mercedes Benz main dealers, met Amy and Sharon at the service counter who immediately contacted technician Dillon for a road test and investigation. Dillon rapidly diagnosed failed Universal Joints on the prop shaft. Sharon advised that it would not be wise to travel a further 500 miles in this condition. Amy efficiently arranged next train to Dorset and the van was left in their secure yard - part full with my personal effects. Auto Spares even arranged transport to Perth station. Lead time for replacement prop shaft was unknown but estimated in excess of 2 weeks. I was very surprised to get a call some 4 days later, stating that the replacement prop shaft had arrived and successfully fitted overnight. I returned by train the following day and was able to arrive at Auto Spares early enough to pick up the Vito. Amy called to check that I did not require collection from the station. I am totally impressed, pleased and satisfied with the attention to detail, speedy diagnosis and repair together with a level of outstanding customer care that I have never before experienced. I was able to complete my trip with no further issues. I am a very happy and impressed customer.

We cannot recommend autoservices Perth enough. When our cars clutch broke suddenly, we called around our usual garages who weren?t able to help for at least 2 weeks. When I called and spoke with Deborah at autoservices she was kind, efficient and seemed to just solve our problems! From arranging for our car to be towed, a courtesy car, and getting our car fixed quickly with great communication throughout - it made a stressful situation much easier. Cool they fix the issue but it was common problem with ad blue showing 0 and computer does not recognize adblue is in it. This should be under warranty but maybe vaxhual don't care. Should be half of the price which I payed £202 for upgrading the system and there was nothing wrong with the van by the way just adblue issue. I understand what you about,but as a vaxhual service you should address that issue directly with them. This is common problem I met guy 23 plates with same issue, what the vaxhual warranty stands for if even system updates are not included in it, van is less than 2 years old.
