“I took my car in for an MOT and even though it failed, the video I got explaining why was well detailed. The kind staff (Tracy) helped guide me through the repairs journey. Staff were all courteous and polite while trying to get the best result for me. Most the work was covered on my auto care plan and they offered me a payment plan for part of the work I had to cover allowing me to spread the cost. Great service I would recommend.”
