Terrible staff very rude abrupt and don't follow pharmacy privacy rules I can't remember member of staffs name but I'll be back to post it when I get it the 2 female members of staff clearly have an issue with each other which has an impact on there employment and cause customers prescriptions to be broadcast over the store at full volume not discreet at all I'm certainly not surprised they have such a low score on here .The female pharmacy was lovely and clearly embarrassed with the behavior of her underdogs that were behaving like animals not a good experience . I'm not sure who there boss is but they need training on there mannerisms . What they done to my daughter is criminal we could have taken it a lot further and if it ever happens again we certainly will . This pharmacy needs gentle caring staff who can deal with people professionally that know how to make people feel easy about there illnesses . I'd think the staff we were sadly confronted with couldn't get a job anywhere else and asda pharmacy were clearly struggling or maybe she broke a habit and smiled in her interview . I would never use such a place I'd rather go ill that collect my medication from them and I'm sure my daughter won't be using it either

Not really up for a pharmacy being judgey about prescriptions. Lesley clearly frustrated with the pharmacist having protected lunches but I?m not sure the customer should be where that frustration is directed.
Multiple people afterwards treated similarly whilst I waited

It is very different from the ASDA pharmacy in St Leonards on Sea. Here, it's a regular pharmacy. They don't think they are doctors who insist on knowing intimate information as to why you have requested a particular over-the-counter medication.

Where to start ???
Front staff , excellent, good manner and very good with public , not a fault with their customer service at all , but as for the pharmacist, mainly 1 in particular, very rude , cheeky , speaks down at customers, like they don't want to be there , ridiculous attitude like asking them sinple things like their job requires, is a major deal to them , if you don't like doing your job get a new one!
