After being unable to see a doctor with symptoms 4wks and more I went to see the pharmacist who gave me something for conjunctavitis, throat spray and anti inflammatory, my earache did not heal so went back, he got me an out of hours call with a doctor who prescribed an ear spray which I'm still using, the pharmacist went over and beyond good service when the item was out of stock then phoned me when it arrived, thank you for listening as I have not seen my own GP in 3 yrsI believe they have passed alot of work onto local pharmacies, shocking really, but I do trust them over GP, s

Pretty much the only pharmacy you?ll go to that tell you to come back after 30 mins to an hour. Have not moved with the times at all.

Asda definitely have the wrong person in that job at pharmacy in Perth. She is about 50, black hair and so rude and unhelpful. Reminds me of the matrons on the wards many years ago. Some customer service traing needed there me thinks. Just so Rude. Another staff member heard her bit stayed silent. Perhaps other staff should be challenging this awful behaviour. Maybe there's a culture there that does not allow this. Very poor.

Very busy pharmacy. Staff always tries to do their best considering the volume of prescriptions.

Look at all the negative reviews on the pharmacy. No wonder I was treated with such a complete lack of regard. Shocking customer service I will not be back. The pharmacist needs fired; rude and dismissive. And Asda need to look at their own staff and customer service training before gaslighting and losing their customers.I wanted to buy personal care items. I would have thought there would be no need to ask what I wanted them for.Well the pharmacist didn?t think it was that obvious because he asked ?what do you want them for??To which my response was for obvious reasons it?s what they are bought for. I don?t want to explain myself whilst I speak to you through a plastic screen, your wearing a face mask and I can?t understand you. I had to raise my voice over the screen to ask for a private chat, at which point he assumed I was being aggressive. I am quiet spoken and was just trying to explain. At which point he looked me up and down and said well I?m not serving you and walked away.I asked again for private space (consultation room) to discuss but he refused . I asked to be served by someone else but was refused. At this point an older lady who was serving decided to tell me it was his right to refuse. She was also not listening and refused to discuss, shouting at me, while turning her back and walking away.I got annoyed and raised my voice, I started to get triggered. I have autism and adhd. I decided to take my shopping out to the car and deescalate. Am I presenting unintentionally as aggressive? due to my anxiety? ok I?ll calm down.I return to the store calm and asked for the pharmacist to speak to me again. I told him I have autism and adhd and it?s difficult to communicate through the screen when you are wearing a mask. He said well I?m not serving you and walked away again. He just shouted call security.Security arrived and I tried my best to be logical and explain the misunderstanding. But once again I was accused of being aggressive. There is a difference between standing up for yourself and being assertive to being aggressive. There is a difference to being aggressive and having to raise your voice to shout over a screen. It?s shocking that all I was trying to do was buy some off the counter medication and they had me surrounded by three security (one turned out to be the manager apparently). The police were called because the pharmacist refused to have a civil conversation. And I refused to leave until I had an answer as to why he was so rude. I also wanted the products. But he told everyone not to serve me.He is clearly on some power trip. The police said there was no issue and I was not presenting as aggressive and I was sent on my way. They told me to complain through the normal channels. All this is, is shocking customer service and a complete lack of regard. It was the end of his shift and he clearly couldn?t be bothered. In my opinion it?s now disability discrimination. I will be contacting the complaints team to follow this up. Both the Pharmacy and Asda refused to come to a civilised response despite me explaining myself clearly.

Having driven straight to ASDA in Perth from the hospital, I was told that they couldn't dispense the prescription for another hour when a second member of staff would be there. While U appreciate that there is a legal requirement for a cross check, ADSA are publicising thus facility and should staff it appropriately.I wasn't prepared for wife to sit around in the car waiting for second member to deign to attend so a 14 mile round extra trip was required to take her home. I returned after the hour and the prescription was dispensed quickly. However, that does not make up for an inadequate service to start. Having struggled with 111 for most of the day, it just about rounded off the poor NHS service available these days.

Out of all my reviews I have never left 1 star apart from now.I waited in line for 20mins just to be told they can?t accept the script due to error by the doctor. The reason for the 1 star is because 1 staff member had a really bad attitude. She behaved like it was my fault. I asked her what the issue was on the script and she did not even know. She was flapping her hands and speaking with a really angry tone.I understand people have bad days but I don?t expect to be treated like that when being served by Somebody who deals with the public. There was also 2 other people in front of me having issues with the service today (that?s why I was in the queue for 20mins)I have reported this to the gp who I seen and 3 NHS staff members over hear me and they approached me saying they are hearing loads of bad stuff about Asda pharmacy.

So chemist cannot do a simple math when I pick up 42 tablets ( every 2 weeks on Saturday, as it was issued on Saturday with my first dose of 3 tablets on that Saturday and 3 tablets every day onwards) chemist told me I should have a dose on the Saturday when I am picking up again. Only that is not true, I counted this several times and 42 tablets is ALWAYS finishing on Friday. If I pick up 42 tablets on 11th of March ( taking 3 tablets per day) , this amount of tablets run out on Friday 24th of March ( which is the 14th day , because I have taken my first dose on the Saturday of 11th when it was issued). This chemist regularly making mistakes (so I am basically without medication over the weekend) and is extremely dismissive and doesn't even let me speak while telling LIES, and gaslighting me.I then spoke to a manager and my medication was sorted and that I am extremely grateful for. The manager is always trying to help and she is always polite and empathetic .

Was on holiday and found a problem with the prescription medication that I had brought with me. Popped into the Asda pharmacy on Monday 27th Feb and they sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the assistance received. Thanks to all on duty at the time ?

Rude and unhelpful staff. Gave my prescription over, pharmacist picked up medication, but it on the counter then said it'll be ready in over an hour. I asked why since it was in front of me and then another member of staff told me in a very rude and abrupt manner to go away if I wasn't happy with the wait. Quite aggressive in their tone and totally unnecessary. I was intimidated unto leaving without medication.

Most inconsiderate and unemphatic pharmacy I have ever encountered. When an urgent prescription is emailed/handed in these should be done first. The staff can see that it is an urgent prescription such as pain killers/antibiotics ect and not some repeat prescription. Yet everyone is told to wait an hour. Whilst sat there for over an hour I head everyone to come back in an hour....from Nicolette gum to creams (the lady said she didn't need it urgently!) How are things not prioritised? When someone says they are in agony and obviously looking like rubbish let's make them wait over an hour and hope they don't vomit all over the floor .. next time I will. When Asda rely to say contact us on Facebook? How? Looks like no way to msg U on Facebook? Can someone tell me how too please?

Very rude staff and unhelpful. Picked the medication, put it in front of me then told me it would be an hours wait. When I asked why, I was told to go somewhere else if i wasn't happy. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible service now. Has been going down the hill in last while. Every month when getting my repeat prescription there is an issue of some sort going on. This week was told Tuesday my medication will be ready after 6 pm, went to collect it Friday and was told its not ready, once I told its a lie and go check again girl came out with my medication! Super slow service too, had 3 people in front me and had to wait in the queue for almost 30 minutes. Also have seen staff arguing within themselves which isn't great customer service is it.
