Great service from the team at Active Services! Only took my car to get checked for a noise so I knew what I was dealing with (needed a whole new exhaust!) and within the hour they?d been ordered the parts, had them delivered and fitted them all while I had a cup of tea! Really reasonable repair costs as well, could be more pleased! 10/10

Went there on a recommendation of local business to get tow bar for my car, person at the desk was claimed they don't do tow bars after talking him they were recommended by other local business he changed and said yeah we do with smile in face, couldnot get me price but promised to call back, after two weeks no call, called them and heard only excused, 6 months latter still no callAbsolutely discrace, never mind being challenged on not wearing mask , which I'd rake it but he never challenged his colleagues and other customer in the shop , felt discriminatedNever use them again

They did my van Mot. Failed on brake pads they changed them all ina 4hr turn around. Highly recommended. If the owner is on the tools when it's busy that's good enough for me.
