We have recently sold and purchased a property through Aberdein Considine in Perth. To summarise we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Apologies if we have left anyone in branch out - from Adam and his initial valuation and getting us to market, Mairi for legal work which proved a bit more complicated than first thought, Craig for getting us our mortgage and Abbie for being with us all way through sales process and helping to secure the sale Also Stephanie for assisting us with our random calls! I have used the Perth branch of Aberdein Considine now on 3 occasions, and I highly recommend James and his team. There communication is excellent, keeping me up to date and informed of the progress from viewings through to eventual sales. I was overseas for the sale of a property and they go that extra mile to be helpful, attending to small details on my behalf to enhance the viewings.
