Tell the staff what you would like. They look it up on their computer and show you a few different options, prices, quality, pick whichever best suits you, and they'll go get the item, and then pay for it and way. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. If the item is not in they will order it for you and give you a text when the item is ready for collection.

The duty manager on shift was so kind and helpful when I was in yesterday trying to fit the right plumbing part I needed . Emma was also extremely helpful and managed to help me find a solution to my problem. Very lovely staff !

I was so impressed with the service here!! A young woman helped me -for quite a while- trying to figure out how to best get outdoor extensions for 3 plugs for my Christmas lights which was no small feat! Very knowledgeable, helpful and tried to ensure I wasn't spending too much, especially if there was an easier way to sort things. So friendly and made me feel like I wasn't as ignorant as I am ? Give this girl a raise!!

Ordering for collection is great and can?t fault the Screwfix brand. However the staff in this branch were less than helpful at my collection and behaved as if they were being forced to serve the public rather than trying to welcome customers and enjoy their jobs. Language was a bit choice from behind the counter area as well with colleagues messing about with each other. I?ll be avoiding this branch as much as possible and using one of the many other more friendly, helpful, professional, welcoming branches.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Was spoken to like i did not matter and was spoken over so many times. Given attitude by the younger woman who served me. I was in collecting for my diasbled brother in law and this is how i was treated. Certainly wont be back to this store.
