Very disappointing experience.
I took my car in to have all four tyres replaced. Although the tyres were fitted, the wheels were not balanced. It felt as though they had simply changed the tyres and put the wheels straight back on. The car drove poorly afterwards, with constant vibration, a shaking steering wheel, and drifting to one side, which quickly led to uneven tyre wear.
I later took the car to another garage, where I was told that none of the wheels had been balanced at all ? one was even missing 35g of weight. This shows they hadn?t made any attempt to do the job properly. Very unprofessional service and I would not recommend.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I have mobility issues and they got up to open doors for me and took car right to door so it was easier for me. I can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service

Had my car in last week for a brake fluid change. David and the lads could not have been any nicer. Really friendly place. Excellent customer service! Had my car back in just over an hour too. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half and I'd receive a call. I had been waiting for over 2 hours when I decided to go back and check. Car was ready but they didn't bother calling me.

Craig was the best as I arrived just before closing with a blown tyre having hit a pothole. He stayed late and had me back on the road by 17.20, would absolutely use this branch again based on his amazing can do attitude and customer service
