1hr 30minutes delivery time. I should?ve ate the wrong order instead of giving it back to the driver like he asked. Imagine taking unboxed food to another person. Anyway? gripping on for dear life now? still waiting for my order that was meant to be 5 minutes away. And 1hr 30 minutes? and when I called the guy didn?t even know what I was saying.

Ordered a pizza watched them make it guy handling money or credit card machine never once cleaned his hands just went back to making pizzas noticed when I ordered they only covered half my pizza with pepperoni when I challenged him he said as it was a deal you don?t get pizza fully loaded

Worst Dominos out there.Mess up your order, cold pizza and don't actually like to add toppings even when I've paid for extra to be included. Go to another branch. Managers don't care and customer service is zero too.

I ordered a pizza on the night of 14/05, I ordered it in the 13'5 size and it was sent to me in a smaller size 11'5, the flavor was missing the sauces I ordered and I paid extra for that, I will not be returning to resolve it , I've always ordered from Dominoes in Penicuik, but lately it's been wrong and poorly made!

Left my phone in the carpark outside. Called the shop asking if they could have a look outside and the man on the phone was kind enough to do so and went and found my phone. Brilliant service!
