Can't praise these guys and girls enough, nail in tyre, Friday afternoon, driving to Glasgow on motorway, gave full information about they might have to replace tyre, but they repaired it and that meant I could get back home safely, lovely service, great place, great price!

Had a brake warning light come on whilst on holiday and heading to Fort William. Rang on the off chance they could sort. Despite being busy and a man down they were able to replace my pads and fix another problem they found (and showed me the broken part they had replaced). Excellent service. We picked up a puncture just outside Peebles. The receptionist was very attentive and responsive on the phone. Arranged for someone to attend where we parked to provide a quick fix and get us to the garage. Tyre was repaired quickly and we were not charged for the 'call out'. Overall this place is really very good. The costs are fair and labour is charged at a better rate than the local Ford and Honda competition. The communication is strong and the team will do what they can to help customers out.The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is that occasionally there have been 1 or 2 small errors from the mechanics e.g. replacing the wrong tyre on the car. None of these errors have been costly, and they have been rectified immediately.Thank you.

A lovely part of the UK to visit on holiday but the state of the road surfaces not the best, we then find a company to out-weigh the disappointment of hitting a pot hole and flattening a tyre. On holiday in the area, we hit a pothole and bent a wheel rim, but managed to stop before the tyre went flat and became damaged. Tweeddale were lovely. I left the wheel overnight and the following morning the wheel was straight, balanced, the tyre checked for damage and leaks, and fitted to the car, and all for a price I couldn't believe! So friendly and helpful too. I wish we lived nearer - they'd certainly be my garage of choice.Services: Tires

I requested some history on a Land Rover I had bought in a private sale. It came with little or no service detail but had all if not most MOT detail carried out at Tweeddale. They were brilliant and emailed the whole service profile to me. It had indeed been well looked after. I offered to pay for their time but they declined my offer. The service dept are stars.
