Excellent customer service, I had an issue with a shirt I bought (no fault of Rugbystore) contacted customer service who sorted out a replacement and a returns for the faulty shirt. Definitely would use again.

South Africa Classic Rugby Shirt L/S L. Delivered promptly so no complaint there. Made in Pakistan, quality not very good. Buttons don't fit button holes properly. washing instructions are wash seperately. Would not buy another or recommend.

I purchased the Springboks jersey for the upcoming Lions series. I paid extra to have the number 13 added on the back but I'm really disappointed that the number is in white. Numbers on Springbok jerseys are always gold. If anyone else is planning to add a number, don't.
