“As always, excellent customer service from staff (Robert) at Castle Warehouse. Spent a lot of time advising us about sofas which were within the size limits we had to stay within. Made suggestions about fabrics which could be chosen for the particular ranges we liked. Also provided carpet samples and gave a lot of help in choosing suitable carpet which we also required.I have bought beds, carpets, sofa, chairs and many other things from CW over many years and have never been disappointed with product quality or customer service from all staff”

“Great friendly wee local charity shop which I have used for years. Good range of books, was a godsend over Covid period when library was closed. Staff always helpful and lovely. Peebles has quite a few elderly and vulnerable folk, so sensible advice on covid prevention still applied here as in most other local shops. Wearing a mask not obligatory, but many people choose to as respect and reassurance for others at risk, and for the volunteers who work in shop. Great wee place for a browse anyway.”
