It would be nice for Greggs to reliably have their breakfast food available without a 15 minute wait, loyal customer but the amount of times I get told it?ll be 15 minutes on a Saturday morning is insane, you think they?d learn.

Took my assistance dog into greggs, has more signage on him than a bus informing people he is an assistance dog, and staff member treats me like rubbish, made a complaint, staff are being retrained, i have been in since, they where good, not been served by same staff member who was nasty toward myself and assistance dog
