The experience offered excellent value for money, with prices that felt very fair for the quality of food and service provided. The staff were attentive throughout, making sure everything was just right and adding a personal touch to the visit. One moment that really stood out was when the bald gentleman, Andy, if I remember correctly, broke into a cheerful rendition of ?Happy Birthday.? It was such a thoughtful and light-hearted gesture that it genuinely lifted my spirits and made the day feel that little bit more special.

This place is a little gem. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless clean,stayed for 2 nights with the dog in tow. Breakfast was excellent, ate in the restaurant food was awesome and loads of it,definitely worth a visit. I will certainly be back. Peebles was a great place,stunning scenery, amazing walks

We had a brilliant meal, I had lasagna with new potatoes and garlic bread,chicken breast with chips and vegetables. The best I?ve ever eaten. Staff were so friendly. Wish I lived closer.

The room was comfortable. The bedding was spotless, and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. The bacon at breakfast was the best of 3 hotels that we stayed at on this trip. However, the cleaner could do with a visit to Specsavers; cobwebs in the shower room, and a dusty windowsill. It looks like a place that is investing in improvement. I wish them success.

I stayed in the Green Tree Hotel on the 29th of April. I would 100% return there for any future trip to Peebles.
I was warmly received by the manager who made me feel at ease in a swift fashion.
The room was excellent (many thanks to the house keeping staff for their hard work), and the location pristine. I enjoyed a comfortable stay and had a superbe night of sleep.
The breakfast was also delivered by the chef herself in the morning, which was delicious.
I will also thank the bartender who helped me get back to my room as I was a little bit lost, on the night of the 29th.
Great hotel.

Had a great stay ag this hotel on Saturday night. We arrived early but got into room. Spacious room, clean
We had a meal beautiful food, great prices
We also used the bar in the evening good fun
