Tried calling the number provided, re an unknown parcel delivery message. Ansa machine is a waste of time, doesn't understand English. No alternatives offered, no actual person to speak to. I hear Evri was Hermes , but due to bad publicity, changed their name. Huh ! Seems unlikely top be any better! Followed the links provided...
