  Used the e-consult form on Sunday evening and as a result of this was telephoned by Dr Donkers first thing Monday morning. Exceptional speedy response much quicker than laid down timescales and cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

  A very caring & understanding Doctor, excellent in his work & you have a bit of a wait for an appointment with both him & Doctor Donkers but this just shows how popular they are in Haylodge Health Centre, you couldn't wish for better Doctors We are extremely lucky to have them care for us
