We recently bought a dinner set from Castle Warehouse. The staff were really helpful and knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble. They were simply great! This is a super shop and well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Customer service was diabolical never felt so unwelcome in a store, it was as tho shopping was an inconvenience totally uncomfortable so unnecessary, which is a real shame as there was a good few things I would have purchased.
Clearly don?t need custom.
