I Genuinely wouldn?t use another opticians after using the guys at West End Optical. Everything from booking an appointment to picking a pair of glasses was incredibly easy. The staff are friendly, cheerful and was a casual environment which put me at ease straight away for my eye test.I was shown respect and courtesy as a customer even though I was only initially in for a free eye test. The big thing for me was that when going for eye tests I feel like I am being pushed into buying expensive glasses right there and then. However I was give. My prescription and was told that if I didn?t want to choose a pair today that was no issue.I did of course choose a pair of glasses as the service I received was incredible. Then to my amazement the Frames & Lenses came to around £50 all together which is the cheapest I have ever had!Would recommend these guys to Anyone and will continue to do so!

Got a last minute appointment on Tuesday and had my 2 pairs of glasses in my hands today in less that 48 hours that's what you call service. Keep up the excellent work ladies.

Just had my eyes tested and got my first pair of reading glasses.I'm glad I went to West End Optical as the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.They had a good selection of frames and I am very pleased with my new glasses.I would happily recommend this business based on my experience.

Had the pleasure to accompani my papa to the opticians on a quiet Saturday morning.Absolutely brilliant service from the receptionist to the optometrist.They make sure you are comfortable, treat you with kindness and respect and give top notch advice and actually take the time to listen.The lady at the reception was even kind enough to phone a taxi for us to get up the road.

West End Optical are by far the best opticians in Paisley. They go above and beyond to help and give advice. The prices of the frames and lenses combined are fabulous, designer frames are a very decent price. Karen and Laura the opticians are friendly and knowledgeable. Alison is the absolute best at what she does, you can tell she's had over 30 years experience in working in opticians and is so helpful and honest when trying on new glasses. 5 stars all round.

I was struggling to get a perfect pair of frame and lenses and visited a lot of opticiansbut West End opticians gave me lots of options to choose fromI received the best pair of lenses and frame for myselfThey gave me what I was looking for.100 times better than Specsavers, Excellent Staff and very Good service. I would refer them to all my friendsas they are the best I have come across.

This is by far the best opticians I've ever been to and I think I've tried them all! I am beyond impressed with the care and attention I've received and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
