I regret to say this has been the worst pharmacy experience I’ve encountered. I’ve visited on several occasions, and each time the level of customer service has been consistently poor. Despite there often being five or more staff members present, it regularly takes over three minutes just to be acknowledged.

Terrible service , had same member of staff tell me prescription not ready ( without looking) when I challenged her that she always says this and could she look ? She made faces , threw a lot of things about and gave me prescription which was ready , I told her unfair to have people coming back and forward for prescription...

AVOID. Would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could.
So poorly mismanaged it's beyond a joke. First, I needed to collect a prescription for my 1 year old child. After waiting approximately 15 minutes in the queue, due to only one member of staff being at the counter whilst multiple were talking behind her, as well...
