THE FEMALE IN THIS SHOP WAS NOT HELPFUL AND WHEN I ASKED HER FOR HELP WITH MY PHONE SHE SAID NO AND SHE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC, I WAS TOLD BY VODAFONE ON THE PHONE TO GO TO THE SHOP AND GET HELP AND I GOT SENT AWAY WITH THIS WOMAN WITH NO HELP WHATEVER.

This shop staff is appalling! The female which I had the unfortunate experience to meet.. She couldn't be bothered even getting up from the desk. Feet up. Contract up in December, defo not renewing with Vodafone. Its clear staff in this shop doesn't want customers. Sort it Vodafone ?

Unhelpful if u have made ur purchase online. Advice u to use the shop. It appears the shops \\u0026 online operate as two seperate entities. Staff happy to sit at their counters doing nothing all day. Arrogance is outstanding. Customer service pathetic

I wouldn't even have rated this place , I had to go in every week with same problem , ( I wasn't getting access to my mobile data ) they fixed it every time in the shop , but as soon as I left the shop it wouldn't access my data again , I could ( and still do ) only assume it was connecting to there wi- fi , I went to carphone warehouse and they told me since I had been using the same sim card for 6 years i needed a new sim card went back to the shop told them what I was told for free , I needed a new sim card , they told me there night just be a problem with the phone and they would send it back to get it checked out but would cost me £25 if there was nothing found to be wrong with it !!! ( I didn't take out insurance ) I told them I told them I just wanted to upgrade my phone ( same contract price plus new phone that worked) they said I couldn't upgrade as I never had my existing contract long enough ( I wasn't sure how long I had the phone ) I explained to the girl I got it with a free tablet and a 18 month contract as part of a January sale deal , she argued with me they have never done 18 month deals or gave away free tablets and she would know better than me because she has worked for Vodafone for 9 years (l said not in this shop you haven't) she was backed up with 2 staff members other customers in the shop were getting irritated because of the wait ( I waited 20 mins and wasn't leaving without satisfaction I knew nothing was up with my phone ) !!!

Staff usually helpful though was just told by advisor they couldn't deal with my issue (lodge a missing payment) for at least 30 min... after being in the shop twice previously and being on the phone to Vodafone for the third time... advising me to return to the shop for the third time. Inconvenient. Dissatisfied with Vodafone.

My friend visited the shop this afternoon to ask for help with her phone problem and after the terrible condescending treatment from Keith (the so called sales assistant)has come to see me in floods of tears !!!
