Went to this bank with my partner ,for a loan the service was excellent the bank manager was verry polite and sometimes funny .I highly rate this branch of TSB.would recommend it to anyone looking for sound financial advise .thank you TSB.

Paisley high street TSB is worst bank ever to go to my brother is disabled and hates to go out most times so was good day and managed get him out as we got there attitude from man was terrible didn?t want to do his job could not be bothered to help customers who struggling to open account I explained on phone situation what he had as identification and told it would be enough when got there had birth certificate letters ect but still said not enough evidence how is anyone supposed to open account we had more than enough to show yet still he refused was very arrogant really bad attitudes and zeros care for customer service the man who sits up back didn?t want to do his job in helping us open an account if u can?t help customers what is point in being there lazy staff should be re trained on how to deal with customers.

Very slow service and even with a large q and the 1 teller dealing with the same couple for over 20 mins and no other member of staff will go on as tella all other members of staff seem like they are hiding from doing work this is absolutely a joke stop expecting your customers to do things themselves and tell your staff to do thier job you have to tills you should have 2 members of staff on at all busy times. I will be changing my bank due to the lack of customer service with TSB. P.s why when there are 2 members of staff are there only 1 of them actually doing work and the other is just watching when she can work the till aswell as she has served myself so I am very much aware of this
