I got barred for apparently discussing the hate speech laws with staff members. No free speech in this place. The manager is a pompous uneducated idiot.

Been using this store for a good few years now and find most of the staff very helpful and friendly. However there is one staff member in particular who I find just find rude and unpleasant.

3rd time in 3 weeks I've walked out and gone to screwfix (as did others in the queue) 1 person serving a queue of 5+, was pressing buzzer for help. We could all hear two staff behind the wall chatting about their weekend.

Popped in after popping to 3 other (screw fix, B and q and Halfords)Tool station was the most helpful by far, Told me what I needed in 10 seconds walked out in 30 with what I needed.Will defos be coming back here if stuck.
